Rates and Information
The Five Gables Inn is open from May 23, 2013 through October 20, 2013.
Accommodations include full breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
- Room rates range from $165 to $195 in season and $145 to $175 off season* per night, single or double occupancy.
- Deluxe King-size room with fireplace, $245 in season and $225 off season* per night
- Please add $35 per night for a 3rd person in Room 1.
* Off season rates are from May 23, 2013 through June 13, 2013. In season rates are from June 14, 2013 through Oct. 19, 2013. All room rates are subject to the state of Maine lodging tax of 7%.
Check-in is between 2:00 and 8:00 pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive past 8:00 pm so we may make special arrangements for your arrival.
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
For the comfort of our guests, the Five Gables Inn is a non-smoking property. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets but there are kennels nearby.
The Inn is appropriate for children 12 and older.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and your personal check. A deposit of one night's stay is needed to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: We are a small inn, therefore, cancellations and changes made with short notice impact us significantly. We understand that sometimes plans change so cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund less a $20.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel your reservation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the nights you had reserved. However, if we are unable to re-rent the room, the charges for the room you had reserved will be billed to your credit card. If you arrive late or check out early, you will be charged for the cancelled nights.
