Room 1: Our "cottage room" gives you the feeling of being in your very own Maine cottage. Bay view, high beadboard wainscoting, a built-in daybed when not in use is a cozy couch, and wall to wall shelves filled with books, vintage postcards of the area, and a collection of antique pitchers. Queen bed, private bath with shower. Can sleep 3 people with prior arrangement. First floor.

Room 2: A cozy room in cheery yellow and blue. High, handmade and hand painted queen bed, cottage shutters, and plenty of books on the ceiling to floor built in shelves combine to give this room lots of personality. Bay view. Private bath with tub/shower. First floor.

Room 4: This corner room has lots of windows and a bay view. Beadboard wainscoting, soft colors, and wicker and pine furniture give this lovely room the feeling of a breezy summer day in Maine. A hand painted mural by a local artist of a trompe l'oiel fireplace is the focal point of the room. Queen bed. Private bath with shower. First floor.

Room 5: This corner room gets the golden afternoon sun. Rattan furnishings, a handmade armoir, and an old brick working fireplace perfect for fall. Bay view. Queen bed. Private bath with shower. Second floor.

Room 6: A wonderful view of the bay and a working fireplace dominate this charming room with handmade and hand painted headboard on the queen bed. This lovely room is always a favorite of our repeat guests. Private bath with tub/shower. Second floor.

Room 7: A marvelous bay view. This room is bathed in soft colors with hand painted New England striped walls and a romantic fireplace with a hand painted willow design. Handmade and hand painted headboard on the queen bed. Private bath with tub/shower. Second floor.

Room 8: Morning sun bathes this cheerful room. The view of the bay is from two directions. Pencil post queen bed, charming hand painted furniture, and soft pastels throughout. Private bath with shower. Second floor.

Room 9: We love this light, cheery room. It's very Maine cottage in feel. The walls are hand painted blue and white stripes above crisp, white wainscoting. There is a little window seat below a diamond-shaped window, hand painted furniture, a cheerful quilt on the queen bed, and a wonderful view of the bay. Private bath with shower. Second floor.

Room 10: One of our more requested rooms. Fall leaves are spectacular from this corner room that catches the morning sun. With water views in two directions, you'll know every lobster and sail boat on Linekin Bay. A pencil post queen bed, a little hand painted night stand, a "shabby chic" dresser all add to this rooms individuality. Private bath with tub/shower. Second floor.

Room 11: "By the sea by the beautiful sea". You'll see what we mean when you see this room. Tucked under one of the five gables, a window seat all cozy with pillows and overlooking the bay, soft blues, and a summery white chenille spread on the queen bed all lend to make this one of the most tranquil rooms in the inn. Private bath with shower. Third floor.

Room 12: Like being in one of those old-fashioned attic rooms. This room has character. Charming slanted ceilings, a window seat overlooking the bay and a rocking chair all combine to make this a very popular room with our guests. Queen bed. Skylight. Private bath with shower. Third floor.

Room 14: Our largest room. You may feel like a sea captain in here. Located under the 2 large gables, you'll know you're in Maine when you see the shimmering view of Linekin Bay from this room. After dark, when the view is covered by night, you can enjoy the seating area in front of the working fireplace with its antique marble mantle. King bed. Private bath with shower and skylight. Third floor.

Room 15: The star of this room is the seascape mural that goes up and over the bed painted by a local artist. Sleep under hand painted clouds and billowing white awning. This is another one of our "gable rooms" with slanted ceilings and a charming window seat with a view of the bay. Large private bath with tub/shower. Third floor.

Room 16: Water water everywhere. Our smallest room has the best view in the inn. Your head never has to leave the pillow to gaze on water, trees, and sky. This delightful corner room, located under one of the five gables, has slanted ceilings and a window seat just right for reading. Handmade and hand painted queen bed. Private bath with shower. Third floor.

Room 17: The twin beds in this room (which can be made in to a king) are covered with patchwork quilts. A vintage hand painted armoire sets off the room. Private bath with shower. First floor.
